Macy’s Holiday Gift Card Campaign

As a copywriter at Macy’s, Inc., I wrote various assets to help position Macy’s as a top retail destination for the 2019 holiday season.

Credit & Loyalty Program

As a creative copy specialist for the Star Rewards program, I wrote copy and helped with strategy targeting new cardholder and member acquisition as well as informing current cardholders of their benefits. This site is one of many assets we worked on when relaunching our program in February 2020.

Macy’s American Express® Card

I was given the opportunity to hone in on a select set of customers who held Macy’s American Express Cards. I wrote and assisted on a portion of the website dedicated to informing customers of their Macy’s American Express Card benefits.

Star Rewards Member Event Emails

I’ve written a multitude of marketing emails inviting members to enjoy one of their top-notch Star Rewards perks, event access. We encouraged members to take full advantage of the program and participate with the Star Rewards & Macy’s communities through sneak peeks at Macy’s famous “Santa Land,” exclusive seating at the historical Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, and choice access to sporting events, such as the “Night at Madison Square Garden” event showcased here.
