In addition to copy concepting, scripting and attending social video shoots, I edit weekly social calendars and drive messaging and voice for the company’s creator and talent briefs. I’ve revamped the team’s SEO copy approach cross-platform and evolved our social style guide to adapt to the ever-changing social media selling landscape. As social copy editor I’ve worked closely with our creative teams on creating Brand Voice-right concepts as well as strategy partners and the customer experience team to ensure consistent customer-facing communication across all social platforms. I also currently write copy for all of the Express social media channels after absorbing the Social Media Copywriter role.
